Once your order is confirmed, SIPU activates a rigorous project management workflow to ensure your machine is delivered with the highest quality.
Step 1: Engineering Design & Review
Before a single screw is turned, our design team finalizes the 3D SolidWorks model. We review the mechanical structure to ensure it perfectly meets your customized requirements.
Step 2: Procurement & Material Kitting
We source raw materials (steel, pneumatics, electrical parts) strictly according to the BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Quality Check: All incoming parts undergo inspection.
• Warehousing: Qualified parts are organized and "kitted" in our warehouse, ready for assembly.
Step 3: In-House CNC Machining
Unlike factories that outsource everything, we manufacture core mechanical components in our own CNC workshop. This allows us to strictly control the tolerance and quality of every critical part.
Step 4: Precision Assembly
Once materials and machined parts are ready, our skilled technicians (with 5+ years of experience) begin the assembly process following 5S standards.
Step 5: Commissioning & Debugging
The assembled machine enters the debugging stage. We simulate your actual production speed to fine-tune the tension, alignment, and software settings, ensuring the machine runs smoothly before the final test.
