We know that a new machine is only valuable if your team knows how to use it. Therefore, SIPU offers flexible installation and training programs tailored to your specific project needs.

Option 1: Factory Training at SIPU (Recommended)
We highly encourage international clients to send engineers to our factory in Xiamen, China, for comprehensive training before shipment.

• What you get: Hands-on practice under the guidance of our senior engineers.

• Duration: Typically 10-15 days, depending on the project complexity and the trainee's learning progress.

• Benefit: This doubles as a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), allowing you to inspect the machine and learn maintenance skills in depth.

Option 2: On-Site Installation (Worldwide)
If you require our engineers to travel to your facility for installation and staff training, we are happy to support you.

• Note: This service involves travel expenses and visa procedures.

Option 3: Remote Support
For every machine, we provide:

• Detailed Video Tutorials: Step-by-step videos covering setup, threading, and software programming.

• English User Manual: Comprehensive documentation.

• Video Call Support: Our technical team is available for remote video troubleshooting during standard working hours. However, we understand production is critical, so we strive to respond to urgent requests as quickly as possible.
